One become a subject matter expert on investing & analyze a ton of deals, you can then leverage that knowledge to partner with someone who might have a better financial position than you do currently but lacks knowledge.

You should contact a few attorneys and vet out the one who seems to have the most knowledge/experience with cotenancy disputes. 

Certainly, you can invest in what others are calling the best housing markets but acquiring the knowledge first to do so is vital.Once you feel you have a city (market) in mind, that is either already growing or you feel will grow soon - start investing there!

Read the answer and see if the person appears knowledgeable and nice or whatever else matters to you.After going thru a few questions, you will have a few names.

She follows up, she has fantastic communication skills (always available), she has a thorough knowledge of the local market, she has a great team in place to help her, and it's obvious she has a passion for what she does.  

I've been gaining a lot of knowledge recently which is helping me overcome this fear!
