You can sign a bare trust at the lawyers for a few hundred bucks to be secure.Unfortunately, if your name is on title, then you need to service the debt.

@Kai Van LeuvenIt’s sounds like you’ve gotten all the low hanging fruit, another couple things that come to mind Is reducing boring expenses that people typically dont shop or spend alot of time addressing;-taxes ( I don’t know how tuned in the city is to your remodel but you want to spend a little effort ensuring you don’t get hit with a property tax increase )- I’m not sure the type of tenants your looking to attract but a playground might go a long ways to adding value-Insurance ( anything you cad do to reduce your insurance?

., then I get to talk to them when I sent a cancellation letter, they answered and said we are not obligated nor the buyer to tell you anything or when we want to work on the title or what we will do in the propertyIf you were in my shoes what do you think of this guy and his people, plus the property listed with a whole different brokerage does not even have a website or address who is the bad guy then ?!!!

Some will have maps that you can enter the address in and it will provide the owner’s name and mailing address.
