My goal for 2021 is graduate next month with AA Degree and to continue to invest in personal development/ self development and sustain the habits I have built daily (Analyze 1 deal, watch 1 Bigger pockets podcast, read 1-2 hours, read Bigger pockets forums 15 minutes a day etc.)

VERY bullish on this area as I see sustainable vacation rental growth.

In Orlando, house prices dropped 40-50% in some cases because the market was not sustainable.

Maybe it’s not as sustainable as the other ways to wholesale, but it is possible, and it’s a way to get started, learn some new skills, build relationships, and make some moneyWholesaling off MLS
