@Lee Ripma I totally agree, I like to think of Yucca Valley and Twentynine Palms as the mid-west of California because the prices are so low and investors see a better ROI especially with the Marine base and park visitors.

On the west coast I've noticed that we attract a LOT of foreign visitors in the summer (being 45 minutes from Yosemite National Park) and Airbnb is very popular in Europe and Asia, so that helps us keep booked solidly.
