I guess I'm worried about how having a liquor license will effect the building/other tenants...do people object to living above a liquor establishment?

So my current objective is to start with wholesaling at first.

The seller's main objective now is to find a way to get out of the property without foreclosing.I'm not a wholesaler and have never done a wholesale deal.

We have the same objective concerning travel for a family of five, and are nearly there...after a lot of shaking, we are nearing lift-off. 

I objected to a low appraisal and offered to pay for another performed by an appraiser local to the subject property (the first was very remote).  

The goal is to just have something objective to compare numbers.

It sounds like your inspector didn't want to be itchy.As for the crawl space/mold you should consult a specialist.
