There are also implications of using loan proceeds to pay out distributions.

I've been an IT and Construction project manager for years so I've put together a really good team consisting of multiple general contractors, real estate agents, social media consultant, wholesalers and a local design firm to complete our home layout and design elements.

Probably has a bigger impact on government programs and the need to extend social security. 

What would be the implications of that? 

Being an agent takes a decent amount of time to get up to speed and you have alot of costs to be part time [mls, e&o, marketing etc]The expectation of buyers and sellers are much different approach than buying for yourself.I was a top agent and switched to flipping [ but made enough commissions to get into flipping just because you might make $6000 as commission but $40k doing a flip, both have benefits and disadvantages and tax implications and if you work for a broker part time they take a good chunk of your commission. 

OK, so I admit the title is a bit dramatic, but I can't stop thinking about the implications for the flipping and wholesaling markets after reading about Zillow's expansion into 11 more markets for their Zillow Offers program.I wrote a bit more about it in a post about mainstream players getting into flipping and wholesaling, but I'd love to hear thoughts from others.
