The condo doesn't allow open houses, so that is a slight issue, but there certainly has to be other ways to market such a property.Again I was just trying to see how enforceable this .5% penalty is bc we're nearing a point where the listing will expire so I could let that happen, but Im just not interested in a nearly $20k penalty, and at this point the last showing was June 4th, we're on July 5 right now.

If you decide to take any portion of the account as early distribution there will be taxes and penalties just like with any conventional IRA.

But he forgot again, and I bounced two checks and was charged $75 in fees.We have a verbal month-to-month lease and have never discussed late payment penalties because we have never had to.It's my bad because I shouldn't have written checks assuming I had his funds.
