I am looking for a contractor in the Spring Hill area for a kitchen remodel.

Did a complete remodel and appraised for 750K 90 days later.

Front house was completely remodeled in 2018 prior to purchase.

If his payment is 1800 and rents are 1200-1400, I don’t see any potential for a wrap or a sub2, unless you were just using it to bridge your remodel before flipping it (likely cheaper than hard money).We’d have to know how much $ in repairs are needed to determine if flipping is viable.

I am 20 years old have $60,000 saved from working on a remodeling crew and living with my parents and would love to start investing now so I can achieve my goal of financial freedom as early as possible.

The challenge was mainly that we are self-employed and even showed a loss on the books because of a remodel we paid cash for at our store.

We had a big sale in Dec. 2016 to pay cash for a big remodel in Feb. 2017. 

My experience is limited and dated as approximately 20 years ago, I remodeled my basement to a 1 bed !
