We are looking for a maintenance app that will allow us to upload and track maintenance done at each unit as well as set up future reminders such as when to change the air filters, etc.

This clause is a harsh way to "remind" their Client of the fact they do offer Full Service.

We actually went through Ashley's Rookie Bootcamp last year and I do remember her telling us that, so thank you for reminding me! 

I would very sporadically and subtly try to remind them you are doing them a favor by letting them out of lease early and are willing to work with them within reason. 

It reminds me of our area -- a growing population, diverse economy, tech money coming in, tons of things to do, sunny skies.

I am also looking to house hack in Braintree/Weymouth, along with Dedham, so I have been following the market and inventory for a few months.It's just always a reminder that you need to hustle to find opportunities right now.

Thus I appreciate the reminder.
