The take-away here is that it is hard to be motivated to do any activity when it isn't providing a positive tangible return.  

Don't be nervous to call and ask questions, most people are happy to provide clarity so the process can go smoothly.

It may be turnkey, but when was it built and why isn't the turnkey company providing you with a home inspection, including sewer, with the package?
