I am doing research on a mobile home property that I was surprised to find available in my small town.  

We are looking to close on a property towards the end of this year or at the start of 2025.

I am having trouble finding distressed properties with enough "meat on the bones" to make enough money on the deal.  

The commercial property is located in the Bronx, NY, anyone has any referral to a plumber or technician that could assess the situation and possibly fix it?
