Going to a device, loading a webpage, and saying that it works is like going to a sink, turning it on all the way, getting a slow drip, and saying the sink works. 

Does anyone have any incite and a productive way to go about it?

From what they are telling me California, parts of Arizona, and parts of Texas are starting to see a slow in the market also. 

It is a product-based business and I carry between $5K and $8K in inventory at any given time.Recently I have been thinking of selling the business and using the proceeds to dedicate to rental property investing.

I’m noticing in rougher areas of where I invest, a lot of landlords would rather set a low rent and provide a par or sub par product, and fix very little.

The Owens Corning single batt fiberglass product is 14" thick.I think the look you're hoping for is impractical.

HML these days do have buy and hold products @Aaron Klatt  in the 7 to 8% range..Visio is one they are out of TExas   LIma One has some too they are out of Charlotte.but just because its hard money you still have to qualify just like a bank loan .. these are fico driven and equity and ability to operate driven just like any loan.

I have heard Rent Manager is an extremely good product, but am I better off with Buildium, Appfolio, or another software that can provide these same services at a better price point?
