In Texas I see ~$200 - $250 per pier, ~$400 engineers report, ~$300 for permit, ~$150 for plumbing test, etc.

The company or investor then permits the homeowner to continue living in the home, renting it from them with an agreement that the homeowner can earn back title to the home.

If the notice to enter indicated the intent was to paint, and assuming the state regulations permit landlords to do work with notice, then the judge would say OK, good, thanks.

And then it depends on system development fees, school impact fees, transportation fees, building permit fee's.. those all have to be taken into consideration..

I'd tell them they are free to fund running electricity to the garage for a light and I am in charge of permitting and the overall installation, otherwise, no.

There's something to be said about the reasons for this banning, mostly political, but generally it's the owners training or lack of, that allows/permits/demands a dog to be vicious.
