After rebuild/remodel, you're already at $200 positive equity on paper before you collect the first month's rent.This would have been a good project assuming you had access to required capital or funding.   

Not really a starting point IMO for new paper players.

never done it. i tear that portion off and throw it in the garbage on the way out of the store. waste of paper IMO.

Roy, or anyone, while the paper game may sound easy, it's not a starting point for investors, buyers of notes.

By the time I buy stamps ($1400), envelopes, paper for my flyers, etc..I looking at $2500 maybe more by the time it all said and done.

Other Vapor Paper can be seen, including "M3" expressed as Total Assets of all FDIC Banks ($13T +/- in 2008).
