I am just getting used to browsing on here but so far it is information overload.

So on the rental agreement, I had wrote its a two bedroo0m house ,then on a separate agreement, I wrote one bedroom for the remaining portion  of the rent. 

Matthew - New Western is a large wholesaler in the Philadelphia area, so not sure if they are looking for more people on their team.
