In that case, you have to either look elsewhere, dig deeper for bargains, or put your money into better earning investments.In the long run, you might be able to upgrade the apartments and charge higher rents.

Hi,I am new here and looking forward to digging in, but first I’d like to ask if anyone has any suggestions on finding the best attorney in the Olympia, Washington area to handle all our paperwork/closings for lease option deals where I am assigning my rights to another buyer for an assignment fee; basically getting the down payment as my/our fee.I would like the attorney to handle all the paperwork between myself and the seller, and between myself and the end user without my needing to be involved.
