I have even tried to find someone local like at a reia or something where we could jv a couple deals til I learn the ropes, trouble with that is I live in a mostly rural area and the closest reia club is 100 miles from where I live. so that option doesn't work to well.

Do you set goals, do you set mile stones, do you make calls, do you go to REIA meetings, are you educating yourself through the many sources here on BP.
