Some times best to go and just listen just don't drink what they serving if you get my sarcasm in their. 

I soon made it a habit of listening to the BP podcasts while driving to and from my full-time job over the past few weeks.  

The reason I say that is as I listen to my audiobooks about rehabbing, I also listen to motivational speakers.

If u become the guy around town that backs out on deals, you might as well move or virutal wholesale.Now listen, i know theres people thats going to bash me and say, "Im new and i did it like MLS/HUD" Well thats good for you but not everyone is the same.

@Lawrence Smith I was listening to a podcast and another helpful tip I heard was that if you want to get several estimates for a job, say from craigslist or a combination of sources, one rehabber would schedule 10 contractors to come and meet him for estimates at the property for the same window of time.  

I've been reading every book I can get my hands on, and listening to podcasts and reading forum posts.

I've spent a couple of months perusing these forums, listening to the podcasts and reading real estate books.

Since  i've been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast and reading the forms I actually learned that I had made the right  decision and a good deal with my first house.
