Does the current lease have language describing how the lease renewal executes, determining new rent rates, escalations?

Ideally, a 3 bed 2 bath or more and creative finance must be an option.For agents, wholesalers, and private lenders, I am willing to structure shared ownership/partnership deals so we all win together.
