My studio does NOT have a tv because almost everyone watches on their own cell phone or ipad.

Three females, none of which we have seen before pull up and begin standing on the porch speaking with the guests on their cell phone.

Not sure if others above are using the GV app, but you can have multiple phone lines run through the app, thus no need for more than one cell phone.

Currently, everything routes to cell phones for myself, and others who work with me.  

The main reason being that most people have completely done away with land lines and switched to cell phones.

Farming, cell tower lease, hunting.  

My CPA divides everything like his fee, cell service, computer equipment over the properties.
