Here's my question: Would it be possible to sort of work around this limitation and get two separate FHA loans if I live in and hold one FHA mortgage on one property and my wife lives in and holds a separate FHA mortgage on a separate property?

Verifying this could be driving by, asking the neighbors, etc.My understanding *I'm not an attorney though* is that you can still issue notices and terminate rental agreements, but should the tenant decide not to leave you won't be able to do any sort of escalation until the courts open back up.
