They could have come in with the moving boxes, which is the most likely culprit, but they could have snuck in some other way.My lease says I will deliver the home pest-free and handle any pest treatment for the first two weeks in case we miss something.

Here are some methods I have used so far.Free Sources:- information, or free internet search like switchboard.com- pipl.com (not too bad for free - finds social networking sites too)- Courthouse records (shows previous subpoena addresses and if they have a driving offence their date of birth in my county.

Let me know what you guys think I have about 70 K in liquid cash $250k in a heloc , so total is $320k I’m working with Option 1: Go 5% conventional on a two family home which would be about 90 K with down payment and closing costs , I am preapproved for 950 K .
