Stick to your budget - if you say $5/sq ft for flooring, don't buy $7/sq ft materials.

I tell them that whatever you can learn in school is likely to be a few years old, because the professor probably hasn't been doing it in real time and the textbook is written, edited, etc. to the point that most of the material will be at least 3 years old by the time the book is in print.

The notice must contain the names and addresses of the bona fide prospective purchasers, the proposed purchase price, and a full and exact disclosure of the material terms and conditions of such sale (if available, a copy of the then existing Contract shall be submitted to Lessor with said notice).

Remember, keep in mind not only what looks good but what durability and maintenance comes with the material.

I think there was a link on this site (can't remember if it was in a post or somewhere else) that led me to a page where a guy reviewed all the gurus' materials.

This is not a marketing ploy as you get some solid course material and this is the BEST method for getting the Newbie REI up and running with this material quickly.

Classes make me focus and I get through the material MUCH faster.
