I may even use it as a vacation home later on when I fully retire.These properties are dirt cheap, many under 100k for a nice, clean 2 BR/2BA on a spacious lot, some even with a little acreage.

Great planes I bought mine new in 04 that was cool going to Duluth transition training and walking into the hanger seeing that brand new bird :)I have about 1000 hours in it.. not as much as I like.. and right now I am battling my medical.. so been grounded for while.Anyway safe flying.. and I really really enjoy working in Charleston SC great people great place.. !!!!

Yes I do realize I still need to manage all the non PM parts and those are actually the aspects I enjoy more.. just wondering what renter interaction will I need to do as a landlord, even after shelling out for PM.
