Good afternoon BP,The dust is still settling from my two purchases this month that are long term buy and holds, that I got for a combined 135k that would sell for 400k once repaired.

Sometimes fresh fruit from the garden or a nice bag of coffee or tea.

With the correct team, right systems in place, proof in the pudding, and data to bag it up…… the company that have these qualifications would be more likely to ease your pain.  

But only time will tell though. 50-100 years ago if you wanted to be a financier or an industrialist or a lawyer, etc, you packed your bags and went to NYC (hence the long term high prices even pre-tech).

Start filling up both bags and hope one does not run out before the other.

When the dust settles, you have bought your fixer for nothing down, and hopefully made some income on the sale to the new buyer.
