This isn't a huge cost and I wouldn't chance getting it right with cheap documents you download or purchase!

Just a quick question, when you're not dealing with a buyer's agent, do you typically hire a lawyer to review the contract documents to make sure that you are covered properly?

Be sure to run all this by your securities attorney and provide proper disclosure and documentation to investors.

My tenant kept trying to bring up housing code violation, no heat for a few days, gas leak etc etc with bogus documents, literally tried to make it seem like its the most unsafe and hazardous apartment he lives in.. yet its a brand new apartment.

Hey everyone,I received this document from a lender in Logan Utah about possible options for purchasing a place as I will be moving to Utah in August.

They are like anyone else they will be fearful that the bottom is not here.. and if there are deals that means someone is losing money in real estate and that will dominate the news.. 

You can use paper and pencil and still get the what you want out of it and documentation to prove it when the need arises.

I know firsthand that this can be a huge mental block, but the good news is that it's just that!
