So I can't rule it out.That said, the market will do what it will do regardless of what I think or say, so all I can do is navigate around it as best as I can and adjust for risk accordingly.I do think that as a market continues to climb higher and people are forced to take on more and more debt for lower and lower returns, the danger of over-leveraging yourself becomes the biggest risk.

We have also seen the same in venting when the a/c is run very cold & you have serious condensation (from in-house high ambient humidity) laying in the venting laterals & it also has a distinctive odor.

If the answer is no, then I don't care how good their credit is or their exit strategy, it's a dangerous loan and I wouldn't do it.Remember, the final recourse for a lender is to take the property back.
