I've been investing there since 2019 and my strategy hasn't changed at all, even with rates the way they are now.The midwest has a lot of good options right now.

As i'm sure you are aware the strategies and methods of construction/maintenance and management will differ from others.

As you know condo hotel start to been build as a concept, which the bayer can get more profit.Now, if you talking about building a condo hotel for cash flow all depend on the structure you build the strategy.

Definitely need some guidance and strategies on how to get the ball rolling.
