Looking for recommendation for legal and accountant advisement for a lot we are looking to acquire and develop in Laconia/Meredith area. 

The issue is that if they technically meet our criteria, how do I handle the other prospective tenants, particularly those who are showing as much interest as they had (and have already given us an application fee, which we've not yet processed credit checks for), and those who responded to my listing saying they were eager for the open house?

But even with a good location in San Francisco, the price point is so high for homes that your pool of prospective tenants will be very very low.

I don't know Virginia but in North Carolina, I do think the Triad - Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point - offer  reasonable investment returns and have solid economic prospects.

I am in contract to purchase a piece of land which is in a developing area and now zoned commercial.

Hi @Shital ThakkarI am a real estate developer here in the DFW area, I'm in the process of moving into the commercial space myself.

After 13 (very long) years, we're heading back to to re-connect with old friends/associates, expand community development initiates and invest in new alliances/partnerships. 

About 8 years ago, I jumped off the deep end and started a few successful companies (marketing, web & hardware development, event management, and a couple others).

This research includes speaking with realtors and locals, reading reports, and identifying commercial development in these areas. 

I want to potentially become an affordable housing developer.
