You will be able to finance 100% of the renovations as well. 

The building is effectively 50% commercial and 50% residential (both in SF as well as projected rent roll).

Is there power to the lot, is there public water or will you need to drill a well, if there is public water/sewer do you need to pay the tap fees, etc.

Eventually we would like to fix up the short term rental in the Smokies as well, thinking that we could do this for approx. $5000.

Also it would be amazing for any investors that would like to partner up with us on our first deal as well as any private lenders would give us additional information or pointers as well.
