I think to get an interior BPO spending 100 to 200 or so with pics and even a video maybe would be worth it before flying out.I hope this investment does not represent most of the cash you had to purchase a property.

It would be interesting if workplaces offered a way to invest in real estate deals or trust deeds/syndication deals how many people would choose that type investment over investing in the S&P500 for example.Of course people can use their funds to invest via a self directed IRA , but this is a bit more complicated and of course nobody will tell you about this at your job.

A word of advice, watch your closing statement and loan documents to make sure that after choosing one of these options the lender does not still try to get you to pay PMI.

After that experience, I have started making video tours of my places as they turn over for placement on You tube, so my prospects will have a better idea of how the houses look.
