The manager is showing off to my mom her $100 hair cut, her brand new furniture in her room at the motel, and taking her family on $2000 cruises (bragging about how expensive these things are).

We do have one property in Raleigh without a garage, but it does have a sizeable area with an access door tall enough to store a lawn mower and some other items in part of the crawl space and also a large area under the deck for storing outdoor furniture, etc.  

My goal of course is to provide financial stability for my childrens future.

Keri, yes I have two children who go to Sayre elementary.  

This area is booming with investment; within close proximity are The Star of Frisco, Toyota, and Nebraska Furniture Mart. 

Call the city and make complaint about the couch, it is not lawn furniture and it is not permitted to be outside on a porch or in the yard.

I currently reside in Maple Valley, WA, where I own a single family home and live with my wife and 1, soon to be 2 children.  

Our firm has at least 50 clients that include both Hollywood and Nashville celebrities whose own spouses and children do not know they own land lease communities who are actively shielding their ownership.There is no one prevailing reason why community owners sell.

I also manage a building where one owner has 35% interest and another 35% is her children.
