There sure are alot of CA members here.

(I live in Englewood, Colorado.)I am just retiring from my own company (not real estate related), and want nothing more from the forum than access to its knowledge base (and hopefully the camaraderie of the group).I am presently a passive partner in certain entities that own commercial real estate in Las Vegas and Southern California.

I'd be willing to bet that almost any county in CA has 100s of "deals" like this sitting around for the asking.

I thought I would set up this thread to network with any local investors in Northern CA.

In CA however if you give them the option to buy you must abide by it no matter what.

If you pay 1 Million for a home here, you are living like a king. :)

I'm trying to figure out if I can still avoid property management on a more standard type of lease since I won't be around the property (I live in CA and am looking out of state) FYI I am most interested in multi-tenant office buildings or shopping centers

And what made you leave Southern-California?

We have sold a bunch to investors from California and other western states.
