Entities that are not "disregarded" need their own QBO to ensure their balance sheets remain 100% accurate.We do run into an issue every now and then with some transactions that don't allow us to designate the customer/property but we've found ways to get around this and still have the transaction reflect the appropriate customer/property.This allows us to pull all the financial reports our Clients and their tax pros need to see.I'm in no way saying our way is the end-all-be-all but it works for us and our Clients' tax filers/advisors.There's a FB group called, "Bookkeepers for Real Estate Investors".

Perhaps the question was posed in a way that the answer had to be "no that won't work", had he posed it like the above, "Can I have SEPP payments setup while collecting rent that goes back into the SDIRA and can I continue to sell stocks and purchase additional rentals while taking SEPP?"

But I have started to take my real estate endeavors serious over the last year and my studies much more serious over the last 5 months and although I may not be ready, I am ready and eager to take that leap of faith and try and put what I know into affect with the right people and obtain my first property in the West Texas area via House Hacking or a buy and hold deal within the next 60-90 days.
