@Ryan BrooksNot sure why the seller would do that as the lien stays with him not the property once you take ownershipAny $ he makes off the deal goes to IRS first do his best bet would be to sell it for $235k and get IRS and mortgage paid off then he never has to worry about itYou cannot assume someone’s IRS liens

My experience with Pin Point Profits, after calling over 1000 names in the Florida market about several months ago while I as actively doing wholesaling; is on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being horrible and 10 being great); I would have to give Pin Point Profits a 2.Now my experience does NOT mean you will have the same experience.

If I were to even consider going the multi-family route, I would have at least one business partner (who I'm actively talking about this with).With that said, considering the massive price jumps (SFH vs MF), the SFH is the no brainer unless I'm missing something.
