Another strategy is looking at short term or mid term rentals thats one way to cashflow but it does take more work as your basically running a hotel business but once you figure how to automate things it will get easier at least thats what the short term rental investors tell me lol.

Some brokerages use unlicensed assistants to answer the phones (which, at least in NJ, means all they can do is take a message if somebody is calling about a property), but then there is a fee applied to all agents to basically cover that expense.Definitely look closely at what is your bottom line yearly amount of fees/dues.

You basically sound like an overlord in your listing as if someone is going to get in trouble as a guest if they sneeze past 10 pm and that is not enticing at a high price tag like this to have to be careful.The property looks great, but your description starts with telling them that you spent 1.2m in renovations.
