Better even is a 3 bed that can be converted easily to a 2 unit with a studio kitchen as people will take to the culinary delights around them.

I got a package containing a manual, some supplemental books with links to Internet resources, an audio CD and the account/password to their private-access Website (deal submission online form and other resources, such as basic real estate contracts in PDF format).

Ex: Turning a studio into a 1 bed, 1bed into a 2bed or simply a condo with a great layout that hasn't been maximized.
