Terry Royce Best day for postcards to land

there are more aggressive investors like us out there grabbing them up before you even get a chance to let lick the stamp. Now in a big city like Phoenix, obviously Mike and I aren't going to be able to knock on every door but I can assure you we're not the only ones fighting over "who's first" and I'm not saying "who's first" will win but I can assure you they have a better chance than the 10th guy knocking or the 10th postcard in the mail. knock on that door with blank contracts in hand ready to be filled out and the confidence that they are going to sign them today and you are going to feel good that you are helping a homeowner out while at the same time, very possibly making the same amount of money they do all year long on this one deal. now with postcards, obviously if you're to busy to knock on doors, I would say it's the next best thing right.

Again I'm talking about the people who did it the right way, not the subprime people working at burger king buying $400k homes in gated neighborhoods...which you can still trace back to the realtors, you know first contact , when you go show a $400k house you should know what that person does for a living and advised from there.I know it seems like im beating on realtors but I'm a investor who got into this to make money and help people, and I can you I have sat in many living rooms with homeowners needing to sale fast and I always ask why did you buy this home and it's always the same answer, "we wanted to live in this neighborhood and our Realtor told us we were getting a good deal and the bank assured us our payments would be x amount and not a penny more.
