I setup an appointment with a realtor next week then plan to start looking at loan options to see what we qualify for. 

@J PerezI would encourage you to setup appointment with a few banks and see what they can offer.

I was going to set up an appointment to work with them, but I don't have time or money to waste.

In fact it was the Securities and Exchange Commissioners appointed by the second George Bush who adopted the rule allowing the 5 major investment banks in this country to leverage their capital in an excessive and unsafe manner leading to the great housing collapse/recession of 2007-2010.  

Doesnt have to be in nice neighborhoods either.All of our team members drive for dollars before/after appointments or on a slow day. 

After googling around a bit further, I came across the CHA HCV program property owner guidebook (link below).

Last summer, I worked for a real estate brokerage's admin team, compiling paperwork for home sales, calling leads and setting appointments for brokers, etc.As a result, the brokerage wants me to come back and work as a broker full time in June.

If someone called me saying they were an agent, I'd just assume it was a scam since they didn't call CSS directly to set up an appointment to see the property.

Plus an there was an amendment to our sales contract,  which the seller was appointed all responsibilities of making sure electric was up to code.
