I don't really care that it has to be a joint account because it is but the fact that they are saying it cannot be verified is getting frustrating.

Nothing can be more frustrating when you lose money on a flip. 

I like class B , value added, affordable housing etc I would enjoy connecting with others on here.

A few months later, an out-of-state bank wanted in on the market and offered a special "lifestyle loan" program to those with a solid income who could afford the monthly payments (it ignored debt-to-income ratios).

We planned on slowly updating our new home (which still might be the best option) but have grown frustrated living in a home with carpeted bathrooms and 3 kids. 

It's really frustrating because those who respond can EASILY google these topics out in order to provide sound advice.

Every other expense item took care of itself (I never missed what I could no longer afford to buy).

@Bob Huggins Especially since you're listed on so many different platforms, none of those are going to outport anything useful that's compatible with each other - instead of fighting with their data and trying to consolidate it, I think you'll find it far less frustrating/more useful to design your own spreadsheet

It was affordable with the money I had available.
