It was the Baltimore County police informing me that they did a drug bust into one of my units--of one of my best tenants too (or so I thought, I guess)--and now the front door needed immediate attention so we could secure the building.

Furthermore, it is imperative that his/her subs sign a seperate release because if the sub doesn't get paid by the General Contractor, rightly or wrongly, they too can put a lien on your property, I am not sure what other states do, but in CA, there is no policing of ML.

Police say a lien will be put on the home preventing it from being sold until the quarantine is removed, but as of yet I have seen no lien.
