Where I am stuck is below on two different options:I could buy a nice home in a decent up and coming area (Germantown, Sylvia park etc.) after our apartment lease is up and my 2 apartments roommates would be my tenants for at least the first year (maybe longer).  

At only 13 lots, the nationals will likely want nothing to do with it.The cheaper and less riskier alternative would be to turn key the design, zoning, and permitting phase of the project.

No thanks  In Dallas unless that is near Fair Park, it would be a screaming deal.

Home is being relocated to a mobile home park in Roseburg OR.

Years of trial and error, From single family to an RV Park the want to own mobile home parks has always been in me.

It is also perfectly located close to parks including Seville Park within walking distance, jogging & biking trails, mountain biking, beaches, shopping, golf courses, schools, the 5, 241, and 73 freeways.
