Hey @Brandon Reed what king of investment strategy are you thinking about?

He wants to build a real estate empire in his local market as the king of residential real estate (1-4 units).

This is an option I offer my clients who are trying to purchase some of our larger cash-flowing packages.Don't get me wrong, Cash is King, but this is probably the best alternative I've seen for long-term financing.

As they say cash is king, so cash-flow is important, but maybe not a wealth builder for a single unit.

Your score could be low if you are a “cash is king” person with no credit history or if you co-signed and the other individual had an accident or if you had an accident or if you get laid off from your job or a combination of these use cases.Problem is, you don’t know why their credit is low.
