I don't buy "crack-shacks" and there is no guarantee the market will go up like it did last time, but it is hard to compare it against anything else.My market maybe unique that a "low-end" house is 50k and "low-end" rent is $900+.We have focused on buying in all three areas and looking for "instant equity" opportunities that will still generate positive cash-flow.
