Do you live close enough to close the feed-water valve and monitor the system to see if it holds pressure?

As @Sheryl Sitman also suggested, I'm trying to get out there more often to monitor my own contractors work.

They do NOT have any web portals to be able to monitor or service your loan. 

I do monitor the account from time to time but I don't actively use it.

We also have installed SimpliSafe (and signs about ongoing monitoring outside of the property).As someone else mentioned, it is best to have a plan not to go long stretches without checking in person.
