im brand new to real estate investing. im interested in getting into wholesaling for starters. ive been reading the forums on here and find them to be full of good info. if anyone is in the fort dodge area and is in the business id love to have mentor to show me the ropes.

My biggest fear, and i'm sure many others have the same is not having enough cash to put a down payment on a home/apt/condo etc... to start.I am very interested in learning how to start with OPM.Look forward to meeting some of the other Dallas Fort Worth Investors in the future!

These must be in Fort Lauderdale or Miami as I don't know many places in Palm Beach County were you would have to pay that much even on the Intracoastal.

Hello everyone,My name is Jeremy, I'm currently serving in the Army with about 5 years left, and if all goes as planned I'll be staying in the Fort Benning / Columbus, GA area for the duration.

I lived there many years ago in Fort Collins and absolutely love the state.

Also the location (nearby university, commuting distance to Fort Bragg and Ralegh, NC).
