I'm looking at a home to purchase, but currently it only has wall unit AC. I'm looking at installing full central AC. Does anyone know what the cost for this would run? Never done this in a rehab before. Thanks.

So I recommend always shopping around.I buy MLS properties without conventional financing because the properties are generally not fanciable in their then condition (but would be after repairs/improvements) and because the competing offers don't have financing contingencies.

From the outside, the property need some work, but I can only view it with an accepted offer and the realtor has no information on the condition.

The house is good condition, maybe a couple grand to get a occupancy permit, rent for $800 The seller is open to seller finance (very motivated).
