A year or so from now we realize we're Wile E.

Ideally, I would like to have a section where people just put first name, last name, e-mail and phone number and then click submit and have it email it to me and then I can send them an e-mail or call them.

We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house under contract for 83K, we will offer to investors at our REIA meeting, put add in local paper, on craig's list and send e-mail to a few rehabbers.

The guy on the phone was very persistent but stopped calling me after a few calls.I can't remember but must have been 4 years or so ago.I just received an e-mail today from Jason Gilbert.
