I was just wondering whether most investors find the deals first, get it under contract, and then find funding, or if they find funding first and then find the deal to get under contract.So far I've had a few other potential JV deals approach me and it seems like most people are getting deals under contract first and then reaching out for funding, but I'm wondering what happens if the investor has a deal under contract but fails to find sufficient funding for the project.

The finish looks terrible and the fumes are strong and last for days.

For exmaple, a total kitchen rehab can cost you 25-30k, depending on finishes and how you want it to look.

Hi all, Question is 2 part:  Just finished Rehab on a property in Ocean Co that I got for 110,000. 

Just wondering why the listing didnt just state owner/seller is an agent from the get go, and moreso, just for future reference sake. 

They wondered how they could still only get $750.00 a month when they spent so much money on extra’s to make the house super special!
