The deal was very unique, it was mostly hitting the seller where the heart was, she had been approached for commercial deals, mostly industrial projects and she didn't want to see her property with smoke stacks and metal buildings.

Had they had the ability to do it over again they said they would have invested in a better area for a lower return.There is that saying that is "another man's trash is another man's treasure".I look at quality instead of return simply because I do not want the headache anymore or have the time for it.
